Shipments in Italy and Europe are made by express courier and are totally traceable. At the time of shipment, you will receive by e-mail or by SMS a direct link to safely track your package.
In Italy, couriers deliver in 24/48 hours, except for the islands and some "remote" locations where an extra day may be necessary. Always take into consideration these required times when making your purchase!

ORDER PROCESSING
Unless otherwise and previously stated, it takes approximately 3/4 working days to process your order. Out-of-stock and customized items are excluded from this timeframe. For the latter categories, a longer preparation time is required and expected, so please check what is indicated in each item description.
SPECIAL REQUESTS
In the check-out phase of your purchase, you can indicate in the NOTES special requirements such as the special packaging for a gift, the issue of a courtesy receipt or the compilation of a card to accompany your package. These options do not involve any additional costs.
