You have 14 days to decide whether to exchange your purchase for another item of the same or higher value (that will be subject to payment of the difference in price).
What do I have to do to change my articles?
- Send an exchange request by email to: [email protected]
- We will answer you with the adress when you could send your item, in the appropriate packaging. You will can use the courier that you prefer.
- We will inform you of the correct receipt of the goods and you can then choose your new item.
NB: Shipping for the return of goods is under the responsibility of the customer.
The goods must be in their original packaging. We only accept the return of items in the same condition in which they were shipped and received, without alterations of any kind and accompanied by the material contained in the original packaging (labels, explanatory tags etc.).
